Employees simply forward receipts to Oracle, regardless of language or format, and Oracle takes care of the rest. The agentic experience immediately creates the expense, so employees don’t need to manually create expenses and attach receipts. Instant notifications are sent upon charge authorization with integrated corporate card providers, ensuring employees are always up-to-date. Expenses are automatically associated with corporate card charges, and they are submitted for approval without the need for traditional expense reports. The agent analyzes receipt-level data against company policy; low-risk passes through to approvals, while auditors review higher risk expenses. The Expense Policy Agent can clarify any policy-related queries, providing employees with instant guidance.
