We are excited to offer our customers even more hands-on assistance from Oracle in the Redwood migration journey. We are pleased to invite all customers to join us for a unique enablement session that will focus on helping in the adoption of Redwood Oracle Benefits.

This event requires you to follow the Redwood Enablement attached guide below, test the changes and then submit your SRs, Questions & Ideas resulting from the enablement guide to the Feedback Submission Form on CoE Central (will provided soon) prior to Aug 1st 2025 to this posting. If your question is submitted in time and are registered to attend the event, we will review them and cover during our session. SRs, Questions & Ideas need to be within the scope listed below for Benefits. For other Redwood questions, you can ask these in the appropriate product area category using the categories menu and ensure you tag your post with “Redwood”. You will also be able to submit your questions using the Q&A function during the webinar.

Objectives

To assist Oracle HCM customers in the migration to Redwood for Oracle Benefits.

To help customers enable Redwood pages that will serve as the foundation for leveraging delivered, next generation AI capabilities.

What’s Unique

Unlike traditional high level sessions, this enablement session starts with a provided self-service “step-by-step” enablement guide to follow in your test environment.

Customers who participate will follow the guide, test the changes and then asked to share Questions, SRs & Ideas back to us prior to the live session.

We will focus on specific Benefits ESS flows.

Who will Benefit

This session is intended for both customers who are mid Redwood journey and those just starting.

Customers who have not yet enabled one or more of the in-scope ESS flows.

What are we Asking of You

This event requires you to follow the Redwood Enablement attached guide below, test the changes and then submit your SRs, Questions & Ideas resulting from the enablement guide to the Feedback Submission Form on CoE Central (will provided soon) prior to August 1st 2025 to this posting.

Complete Redwood prerequisites in your pod, if not already done so.

Enable any or all the flows, as relevant to your Redwood migration plan.  Migrate personalizations for these pages using the Personalization Helper Tool then conduct initial testing
