Learn how we deployed cycle counting within our environment to provide automatically generated and randomized cycle counting based on item priority. We explain not only how we automated and randomized count generation, but also how we handled work days, backdated cycle counts, monthly and daily accuracy reporting, accuracy tolerance, staging locations, lot level accuracy, and recounting.
