Routine Preventative and Predictive maintenance covers a variety of procedures and disciplines which can include Inspection Routes, Calibration Checks, Walkdowns, Checklists, and other pre-defined procedures. Often times it is necessary to gather instrumentation readings, photographs, condition assessments, and other data which can be used to drive follow up Corrective action WO’s or KPI’s and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence analytics.
With the introduction of the NEW Maintenance Protocols application, JD Edwards CAM is now capable of establishing pre-defined, multi-step Protocols, tying these protocols to Equipment, PM’s, and WO’s, and facilitating the collection of data gathered during the performance of the protocol.
