A customer was faced with growing confusion and complaints over their PeopleSoft user experience. There was a choice. Switch to SaaS, spend over $20M and hopefully in 5-10 years the user experience would be fixed. Or...they could innovate their user experience in 6-12 months, spend pennies on the dollar and buy ample time to plan out their next enterprise system. Especially with the coming impact of AI to enterprise software, the choice was clear. This compelling case study takes us on a journey of a customer who transformed their user's experiences while reducing total cost of ownership. We will review the project, the lessons learned and show you the outcome. The rumors of a destined poor PeopleSoft user experience have been greatly exaggerated.
