Not all AI is the same. Not all methods of using AI are the same. They are certainly not equally priced or secure. Hundreds of models exist, every software package now includes AI, but do you understand the differences? Which one should you use? What if the secret was not which model or AI, but rather HOW you use them? We will bring over 8 years of experience deploying AI in the enterprise to let you in on some of our secrets. How do you balance data security with functionality? How do you take a user centric approach vs a software vendor approach? This session will start by informing you of the different choices and the pros/cons including GenAI and LLMs. How do you manage the risks and shortcomings in your project? We will conclude with a demo of the possible against the backdropof an Oracle customer. With AI you can choose any two of the following: Cheap, Fast, Good (and Secure). By the end of this session, the choice should be clear.
