For many years, one of the most requested PeopleSoft features has been to give users the ability to delete unwanted Run Controls. The PeopleSoft Run Control Management Framework provides this capability, along with the ability to perform mass updates of groups of Run Controls all at once rather than by updating each one individually. Even though this tool has been available for several years, many organizations have not adopted it.
Come to this session to learn about the capabilities of the Run Control Framework. We will demonstrate how this tool can be used by end users and also show how System Administrators can control the registry to allow this framework to be used even for customized and bolt-on processes.
