RECONNECT 24: Person Data Modernization: Enhancing the HR Admin Experience

If you think Job Data Modernization is great, PeopleSoft has now delivered the Fluid Person Data Modernization which is just as impressive. Six (6) new tiles are delivered for all your administrative needs and different employee types. A new Search Match is offered, using common fields such as National ID, Birth Date, and Name are enabled to search prior to adding a new person. This helps in preventing duplicates within your system. Attachments may now be added directly onto the employees record also just like in JDM, four (4) additional Drop Zones have been added to help with your organization’s custom fields as well as the Validation page is now apart of PDM. One more great feature is the vertical scroll for faster entry and helps in reducing clicks on various tabs.
