Kaiser Permanente implemented Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) which walks PeopleSoft users step-by-step through transactions. With Oracle Guided Learning, users have access to real time guides that show users how to enter transactions that may be complex or rarely used in the system. Kaiser Permanente created over 340 guides across 14 PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain modules.
