A case study on how a finance team was built to establish shared ownership of Oracle business functions with their IT partners. This structure allowed the finance team to own key decisions within the ERP system and enabled their IT partners to focus on configuration and product support initiatives. Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma has been on Oracle Fusion since 2020 and through lessons learned, the Finance and IT teams have found a shared ownership that works. Learn how the teams were structured and what best practices have been identified.
