2025-2026 Mentors
Mentorship is a cornerstone of professional growth, especially in leadership development. This is why mentorship is an intentional and structured component of Quest’s Emerging Leaders Program. We are happy to announce that the following community leaders, with more than 300 years of leadership experience, have agreed to serve as mentors for our program participants.
Participants will be matched with a mentor (based on participant input and alignment between participant needs and mentor expertise). Participants and mentors will have a minimum of 5 mentoring sessions. The sessions will be guided by the participant’s leadership skills assessment results and participant input on desired areas of focus. Mentoring sessions will include real-world advice and guidance from a seasoned industry veteran.
The following executives from Quest Oracle Community have volunteered to mentor this year’s cohort of emerging leaders.

“With the things that are taught in this program, my actions and my decisions definitely have intent behind them. I am now evaluating tasks and establishing my team’s priorities based on strategic alignment to our overall organizational goals. I now have the confidence to slow down, evaluate and push back if needed to ensure our priorities are aligned with organizational goals.”
